Who we are
“Mendloop”, “we” and “us” mean Mendloop, operated by its founder Vaibhav Kapoor. Mendloop is not yet incorporated; when it is, these terms move to the company and we’ll update this page. Contact: hello@getmendloop.com.
The software
Mendloop’s core is open source under the Apache License 2.0. You can use, change and self-host it under that licence. Enterprise features are licensed separately, as described on the Open source page.
Mendloop Cloud
By creating a workspace you agree to use Mendloop only on code and systems you have the right to connect, and not to use it to break the law or attack others’ systems.
You keep ownership of your code, errors and data. Mendloop proposes changes; you decide what is merged. Review every pull request before you approve it, because you remain responsible for what you ship.
Paid plans are billed as shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Availability and liability
Mendloop is in early development. We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but provide it as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
