What counts as an investigation

One root-cause run on one issue: the evidence collected, the investigators in parallel, the consolidated root cause and the fix plan. The fix, its tests and the pull request that follow an approval belong to the same investigation.

  • Counted onceper issue, per release. A regression that reopens an issue in a new release counts again.
  • Not countedevents that join an existing issue, a plan redone after Request changes, CI follow-ups, and anything in test mode.
  • Your own keyswork on every cloud plan. Model costs then go to your provider and your credits stay untouched.

Spend has a ceiling

Set a monthly budget for the organization, a project, a workflow and each run. When one is reached, the run finishes its current step, posts what it found and waits for an Admin. Nothing is billed past a budget you set.

Budgets in Settings: organization 1,200 dollars a month with 742.18 spent, project Rider 600 dollars, workflow Crash to PR 400 dollars, and 4 dollars per run.

Pricing questions

  • No. It is free forever under Apache-2.0, with every core feature. You pay only for your servers and your model provider.

  • Nothing stops. Extra events and investigations are billed at the rates in the table, we email Admins at 80%, and the budgets you set are hard limits.

  • Anyone who approves fixes, investigates or changes settings. Viewers, who can see everything in their projects and change nothing, are free.

  • Yes, on every plan. Model costs then go to your provider, and the included credits stay unused.

  • Pay for ten months and get twelve. You can add seats at any time; they are prorated to the end of your year.

  • Fourteen days of Team with no card. At the end, pick a plan, or keep your data and run Mendloop on your own servers.

  • Yes. Enterprise includes a licence key for the ee/ features, so SAML, SCIM, audit export and advanced policies run on your servers.
